Choose a time below and complete your $49 — booking and payment happen together, so there’s no second form to fill out. We’ll set your other two visits with you at the front desk before you leave the first one, spaced a few days apart. That gap is the whole point: it’s what lets you feel the difference between one good afternoon and an actual pattern.
- Two visits with your order today — plus your third one on us. Three total, inside ten days.
- Two therapies of your choice, every visit — any two from cryotherapy, compression, and HydroMassage. Mix them up between visits if you want.

Your $49 rolls into your first month of membership if you continue after the Reset. All sales are final — we don’t issue refunds, and we’d rather say that here than bury it.

Your other two visits
We set them with you at the front desk before you leave the first one, usually 3 to 5 days apart. You won’t be chasing us and we won’t be chasing you.
What to wear
Shorts and a t-shirt is perfect. You stay in your own clothes the whole time — nothing to change into, nothing to bring.
How long it takes
About forty-five minutes for the visit. Come five minutes early and we’ll walk you through each station before anything starts.
